Home Interior Runway Rug

This 37-foot runway-style rug stretches the entire length of the client’s home, from the front door to back doors. Looking for a custom and playful design, the client provided rough sketches of potential conceptual ideas. The final product took bits and pieces of different sketches, while becoming something all its own. The line detail wraps perfectly around each fixed furniture pieces, giving the home more movement and perceived depth. The range of thickness throughout the line detail lends to a hand drawn feel, while still maintaining a clean appearance.
